Description:

Coordinate and perform purchasing card audits with p-card managers across campus; assist audit staff in performing audit procedures for a variety of audits across campus.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting, Finance, or other business major (Accounting major preferred).
  • Requires basic knowledge of accounting and auditing (must have completed Acct. 2010 with a passing grade).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, email, and other computer skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills and abilities.
  • Comfortable initiating contact with many different individuals across campus and working with them to develop solutions to ensure compliance with internal policies and various state and Federal laws.
  • Daily duties require moderate physical activity in meeting departments at their various locations across campus.
  • Interest in, or experience in data analytics.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
